can pickaxe read recipes? How can I train it to read ingredieint measurements and quantities?
I would say Yes. Feed it some PDFs with recipes and start asking it questions.

I actually want the visitor to upload a recipe. So, I could upload a recipe in “Learn” to help it read any recipe? or would it only be referring to the one I uploaded in “Learn”?

Can you provide a link to your tool? It should be able to read end-user file uploads.
