Hi! It could be useful a feature that recognizes and addresses users by their usernames. This would personalize interactions, making them more engaging. For example, “Thank you for contacting us [User Name]” could improve user rapport and encourage interaction.

This simple change would significantly enhance the user experience. Thank youuuuuuuu!

You may be able to do this through User Memory. But you would not be able to do it in the intro message.
