All access is from UK IP addresses and the user is speaking in English. The repsonse from the Pickaxe is also in english but the summary can be in French and sometimes Spanish!

That should not happen. The prompt scaffolding powering the AI summary system is written completely in english. If the end-user conversation is all in a foreign language, then the summary will adopt that language. Are you sure there are no users having conversations in french or spanish?
Positive. It was me! 12:16 it summarised in English then at 12:20 summarised in French (only the AI summary in the backend - the actual front ne response was spot on).
This is still happening.
Any ideas @admin_mike? This is causing issues for me.
Just to be clear, is any of the conversation at all in French? We have it set up to write the summary in the language of the conversation.
Absolute no French language used in the conversation.
It’s also not just French, its also been writing summaries in Spanish!
