And this occurred when I clicked on Publish a couple of times because it threw an error when trying to publish the first time. I manually saved all my prompts and form text and went to the Dashboard to find two copies of the same Pickaxe there. Edited one to v2 and it publishes properly now, but the other one cannot be deleted.
Try making it unlisted or private first?
@nathaniel check out this bug. It is similar to something else I saw a few days ago.
If you are experiencing this problem, please log out and log in. This should fix it. Please let us know if this works.
