Any help would be appreciated. I’m having issues with independently built chatbots that are embedded on separate websites that seem to be somehow connected in backend.
Issue:
When I change the UI color way for one chatbot I’m working on deploying it somehow also changes the colors on some of the other already deployed embedded chatbots as well? This has been an issue for sometime. Can’t seem to find a solution.
Any help would be appreciated

This issue is a bug that we had a few weeks ago. For folks that embedded tools within a period of about a week during that time, this would happen to them.
The solution is to re-copy the embed code from Pickaxe and re-embed those tools. They will stop behaving this way after that.

Thanks for the response Nathaniel. This has been an ongoing issue for me for quite a few months. And it just happened again a day or so ago with the last one embed. I’ll try to re-embed all of them again to see if this resolves the issue. Thanks again.
