Where can I find those additional settings in the Pro Account?
Thanks, Hendrik
On the Pro Tier the data is automatically handled in a different way. Additionally, if you have NDAs.or security documents you need signed from clients/employers we are happy to look at those.
great! can you further specify the difference between both tiers. A comprehensive explanation would be great, so I will be enabled to answer my users questions! Thanks
You would find my explanation somewhat dumb. @nathanielmhld is the data scientist of the group. He can explain more.
Hey @nathanielmhld hope you are well!
Can you bring some light to my darkness of seeing the difference?
It would be great to have some idea. I totally understand that being GDPR compliance is not your priority for the moment, wouldn’t be mine either.
Nevertheless we are searching for possibilities to make it as compliant as possible for the moment within the Pro Tier. Thanks a lot in advance! Hendrik
Sure. Being on the Pro tier gives some big benefits with regard to data privacy, primarily that we agree to never train on any of your data. See here for more info on that.
For Pro customers, we are also willing to review external data processing agreements on a case by case basis.
As far as GDPR compliance, there are several factors to consider. You can use a third party tool + our custom scripting feature to inform users about cookies. As far as data deletion/right to be forgotten, if it becomes an issue we can help you. Other than that, if you have specific questions about areas of compliance, let us know.
Hi @nathanielmhld,
we are wondering if we could use Pickaxe for our business customers. Due to data security concerns (missing encryption, data transfer from Europe to the US, no control if data is used for training, missing ISO certification etc.) we’d rather not use the usual suspects such as ChatGPT. So we were thinking of switching to the pro plan and possibly use Amazon Bedrock as AI tool (which apparently provides the possibility to be hosted in the preferred area of the world and as a copy of the actual tool in a secure environment). Would that be possible? Could you provide some guidance on how this could be achieved? Thanks, Ingo
