I continue to experiment with Pickaxe and I am working on generating a PDF document.
My goal would be to generate content based on input data and get a document with header and footer.
I am not a programmer, but with the help of AI I got a valid code, unfortunately the generated content is not displayed and it is annoying to wait a long time for a PDF generation with the same sentences that repeat.
Anyway here is a video: https://share.nmblc.cloud/9b9fc7c1
Here too the clone-able pickaxe: Pickaxe | Build, Share, and Manage AI Apps
I am thinking of checking how to use the API of https://documentero.com/
(Integrations with 5000+ Apps using Zapier, Make, Integrately or Pabbly)
here a video (Pabbly Connect): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BD_Ep5T2nas
any suggestions?

@strategix you can achieve the same with Google Doc (with dynamic fields) converted to PDF.
Check this post:
USE CASE - Save hours by using the responses from the Pickaxe form or chat to create a custom PDF with dynamic fields.
Here is how:
Create Pickaxe
Create Make action with the variables you need to capture in the PDF
Create Google doc with dynamic fields mapped from the webhook
Download as a PDF with the Google Drive module
Send to client by email (e-mail field also mapped from webhook)

We definitely need to upgrade our pdf/document generation Action. Many users remark it is not as good as they’d like it to be.
I’ll tag @nathaniel & @stephenasuncion to check out documentero.com
AB’s response also points out another alternative using Google docs.
