Email Marketing - Segment Free Trial vs Paid members, Export Emails to Excel, Automate to Email Software

I am building a powerful marketing engine for my AI Agents and have the Affiliate Marketing Software figured out that works with Pickaxe, but I need help on the email marketing piece.

How can we automatically segment free trial users from paid users in Pickaxe to ensure an accurate count? At a glance, I want to see that there are 1000 total users, 900 of whom are on a free trial, and 100 are paid members in our studio backend. This way, I can determine the conversion rate from free trial to paid member, which is 10%.

I know we can export the emails, but is there a way to do it in Excel that only includes the emails and excludes the rest of the data? Additionally, can we automatically move paid members and free trial members to our email software, segmenting them properly as paid subscribers and free trial subscribers?

Once we’re in our email marketing software, how are we tracking and segmenting to move free trial members who upgrade while on our email list to paid members? Moving them to the proper lists so they don’t receive emails trying to sell them on the benefits of AI agents they already paid for?

I asked this before and received no answer, so I need help. How is everyone solving this? The email marketing software I am using is called Blastable. I’m assuming there is no direct integration and I’ll have to use workflow automation tools?

@rainmaker you can use the APIs if you have the pro plan and extract all the user (once or on a schedule). I would use Make for this and once you have extracted the email and account type (free / paid) you can then push the info to Blastable

On a side note, I have purchased the PushLab LTD. Thanks for that.

I will need to spend time to figure out how to make it work. Would be great to have a chat at some point.

Thanks, and too bad the API isn’t included in gold membership, but I will eventually upgrade to Pro. I had access to Make through Boost.Space, but I refunded it. Pabbly or Albato is what I will have to use. If we don’t have access to the API, there isn’t a way to do it, or it would be very challenging?

Cool, glad I could help secure a great deal for everyone. Yes, if you have questions, I will do my best to answer them here.
