I’ve created two actions for my chatbot. The first is to create a PDF with a report. Then, the chatbot asks the user for their email address and sends them an email. However, when the email arrives, there is no live link to the PDF in it, even though the chatbot has said that that’s what it will do. The placeholder is still in the email.
Does anybody know why this is happening or what to do about it?

To confirm, the first action does print out the correct link into the chat right? And then later in the conversation the second action triggers?
