Error with API calls that can't explain

Error with API calls that can’t explain, does anybody know what this could be? The setting to allow document uploads is switched on and was always switched on. Just today started giving this error

Created new unlimited API, same error. It was fine just yesterday. Need urgent help @admin_mike @stephenasuncion
