When using a chat bot, the paper clip icon to attach a file is at the very bottom of the screen. However, during the upload process the spinning icon is at the very top of the screen (not obvious to the user). It can take up to 10-20 seconds for a file to upload, during which time the user is unable to interact with the chat bot. This can appear like a bug if the user doesn’t realize the file is still uploading in the background (because the spinning icon is not in an obvious place). My request is to move the file uploading icon closer to where the user actually does the upload on the screen (at the bottom).
