Here is where you can find OpenAI pricing
You are absolutely correct about your last point.
The previous posts addressed direct costs.
Other costs to consider:
Marketing / Acquisition costs: As a rule of thumb, 3-month revenue is a good indicator of acquiring a user (including organic/paid traffic, affiliation, free trial, etc.).
- Support / Customer Service: Develop tutorials (videos) / FAQs / Newsletter to limit requests. It takes time to respond to emails! So either develop a community like here or hire a Virtual Assistant (around $700 for a part-time VA in the Philippines)
- RD: Developing and testing new ideas
- Churn-rate: Your customers won’t stay forever, so you also need to estimate and limit the speed at which they leave your chatbot.
- Your income because you need to live!
Every time a user hits submit, it will consume credits one way or another.
You can limit the number of credits per user on the platform.
