How to edit a landing page?

I’m having two issues with the landing page in a studio:

  1. I can’t edit it. In the Design section, I see a preview, but I can’t edit any of the text there. There’s a top-right “Apply Changes” button, but no evident way to enter an edit mode. I can select the text on my page preview, but typing doesn’t change it.

  2. Pickaxe missing. A new pickaxe I’ve created in this studio appears on the left under Pickaxes, but when I go to the studio’s URL, it doesn’t appear there.

What am I missing?

I ran into the same issues with this a couple of days ago and was able to get some help from Mike on an office hours call.

From your Studio space, you need to click the blue Edit link at the very bottom left, next to the URL of your Studio.

After that you can click on ‘Edit Page’ at the top right of your Studio to get access to changing the text etc.

Once you’re in this section, you can add your missing Pickaxe as well, by pressing the + icon next to Pages at the top left of your screen.
