Can I erase the user memory from an user? The person is asking me…
Otherwise, I would have to delete him and resubscribe but he would lose the chat history.

@equipeid It is not currently possible for users to do this. With the new release coming up in January we will likely be able to erase it

With the beta version of User Memories, you cannot delete memories. They can be overwritten by new memories though.
The real version of User Memory that will be released in January will be more fully featured. You will also create User Memories at a Studio level rather than at a Pickaxe level.
Mike, I have deleted the users and asked them to subscribe again so we could have the memory erased.
The problem is that when they subscribe again with the same email the memory still works.
They are upset because they did it for nothing. I really need to erase the memory. Is there any chance for you to inactivate for all my users?

Unfortunately, as I mentioned you cannot delete User Memories right now. It’s a beta feature.
