One of my users are saying she’s not getting the invitation email. Here’s some background, the invitation was sent to her using the beta version, now that I’ve migrated to the new one, even when removing her access and readding her, she’s not getting the invitation. How can I work around this? Is accepting from email a mandatory step?

You can manually approve their email if there is an issue with the invitation link. This is under the Users tab.
Another option is they can manually request access, which then sends the Studio owner an email with a link to manually approve them.

I can’t find the button to manually approve. Can you post some screenshots on how to get to the page? Thanks.
When the user request for access, I get this email. Clicking approve brings me to this page that does nothing though.
I end up in this page and the user still cannot access the Studio.
Update: I noticed the bell showed a notification that the user has requested for access. But even after clicking approve and waiting for 20 minutes, I still don’t see the user in the approved list.
The user still doesn’t have access yet… @admin_mike, what else can I do? Only this user in particular have issues. Probably because the invitation was sent before the migration, and she’s only now trying to get in?
