Rather than waiting for Pickaxe to come up with a solution, I am using Cloudflare Pages (It’s free).

It’s super easy, and you can also create a dedicated sub-domain. I then added the link at the bottom of the landing page (as I can’t put a link in the footer yet).

It does the job for now until a long-term solution is implemented in Pickaxe.

Nice, wondering if they can add a menu for custom links. That may be easier to develop.
