Missing User Inputs and Unable to Edit?

Long story short, I completed a new Pickaxe and published it. After publishing, I noticed user inputs were missing so went it to edit and got the below message.

“Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).”

Any ideas?
