Hi there. I’ve had multiple users complain about the first chat message flickering wildly on screen, on both mobile and desktop. It’s probably to do with the message truncating. It would be great if we removed the ‘…’ on intro messages altogether - it’s not clear why it’s there, why it’s hiding half the message and it’s baffling low-tech users.

Are you able to reproduce the screen flickering or take a screen recording video of it? That would help us to troubleshoot and ultimately fix the issue.
