Removing buttons and structured flows: a step back

I’m a Gold user and have been working for months on assistants that used buttons (Quick Replies) and visual flows for things like restaurant orders. After the latest update, they removed essential tools, such as action buttons and block editing, which made Pickaxe a clear, powerful, and useful platform.

Updates should improve, not worsen, the experience. I understand that simplifying the interface helps new users, but there should be an advanced mode for those of us who already work with more complex logic.

Please bring back the interactive button functionality or integrate something similar urgently. Removing things that work and that other products offer (Voiceflow, Tidio, etc.) makes no sense.
Thank you.

Thanks for that feedback.

What happened in rolling out to the new Pickaxe was much more than just a new version release — instead, it involved a lot of new architectural changes as part of the softwares general release and graduation from beta status.

While I don’t have any details about that specific feature, I imagine there was a need to consolidate some features for now with the plan to add anything important back in as the software continues to mature.

Im a gold user and i need the exact same functionality as you! Why has that functionality been removed?
