Hi there! We really really need this as a variable so we can connect it to actions. We do have memory but it isn’t reliable and the user’s email is automatically added to their memory so we still have to prompt the user for it.
Our use case is that we have users adding information through the bots. We are writing that information into a database (Google Sheets for right now) and retrieving it for them, too. We need a way to connect the user to their data reliably. We also don’t wan them to be able to ask for someone else’s content by entering their email instead.
Any hope of getting this soon? It’s a big security gap for us. (or if you have other ideas, I am totally open to that!)

Can we capture user name as well as email during sign up/login? Would make a big difference in our ability to personalize communication and engagement with the user.
