I have created a customGPT that helps students with exam practice and revision for a professional exam. It works perfectly.
I decided to start using Pickaxe so I could charge a modest fee for my agent.
I’ve copied/pasted the prompt from the working GPT into Pickaxe, and uploaded the same knowledge files. However, Pickaxe is giving the wrong answers to the questions. My brain is fried! How can this happen?
Show us something, a video, screenshot etc.
These are Pickaxe’s answers - which are not only wrong, wha’s worse it that it is validate - with references - the wrong answers given by the user as correct

You might want to have a look at this post:
This doesn’t seem like the typical disconnect between ChatGPT and the OpenAI api; have you looked to see if it’s actually accessing the knowledge base?
I suspect that what you wrote in ChatGPT is actively calling the knowledge base but isn’t doing so with your Pickaxe.
It must be calling the knowledge, because it’s using it to answer - incorrectly!
