simply trying to embed a pickaxe in a website via Wix iFrame. I get the above error message after submitting a prompt using my openai API key. embed works fine when I use pickaxe credits instead.

There is likely something wrong with the API key. This error automatically triggers an email that is sent to the owner of the tool that should explain in more detail.
Most likely, you’re using an AI model you don’t have access to in your OpenAI/Anthropic account. To fix it, you’ll want to go into your account on that platform and do something. Look for that automatic email from us and it should explain.
