Errors & Duplication of the "Please Wait..."

Hey team, I’m running into a glitch with my pickaxe here https://beta.pickaxeproject.com/axe?id=Livestream_Content_Multiplier_5L5FB

Initially, I kept getting the ‘An error occurred with this application’ phrase and it would not provide any error code; it just wouldn’t run. To move it along I would type “try again” and it magically worked.

Now I’m seeing this ‘please wait…’ wording several times before the output is generated. What could I be missing?

I’m using my own API key. Not sure what might be causing this issue in my instructions. Where do I start troubleshooting?

In this screenshot, what is the Pickaxe trying to do? Is it trying to use the Google Search action or a different action?

@nathaniel this is something you should look at. This GPT-4o mini powered Pickaxe keeps repeating its action caption over and over. Infinite action loop!
