Bot Response presents 'agreement clauses' in white on black font, instead of normal text

Can someone please explain why this is happening and how to control the response format to avoid this.

ISSUE:
User asks the chatbot to prepare a legal clause to be included in an agreement. Chatbot does this but presents the text for the legal clause in white on black text. See below.

Is there away to control this - for example have chatbot specify the suggested clause to show in italics instead of white on black, if desired.
