Just doing some due diligence here and making sure that we understand potential $$ implications of deploying a pickaxe to parts of our userbase. I know you can buy an extra 2500 pickaxe credits for $50. Can that be purchased multiple times? Any discount at any point? We’re building a knowledge base, and the folks in charge of it very much prefer the 1 credit per user message pricing than the complexity of openAI’s tokens.

Yes, they can be purchased multiple times, absolutely. But the bulk discounts are factored in already, with the different packages, so unfortunately no further discounts are available at this time.
Generally speaking, if you are expecting heavy usage I would recommend opting to use your own API key rather than credits. Generally it is cheaper to use your own API key rather than buying credits from Pickaxe as a middle-man, though it certainly is easier to buy credits from us.
