Could anyone help with an SSL issue? (Cloudflare and Pickaxe)

Hi everyone. Wondering if anyone could help with an issue I’m having.

I bought a domain for my pickaxe.
www.domain.com - seems to getting an SSL error.
https://domain.com seems to be working.

Here is the domain:

Error message I receive:

This site can’t be reached

Check if there is a typo in www.getsashy.com.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Would anyone with a bit more experience in domains, DNS and SSL be able to help?

Here are the steps I’ve taken so far:
Domain Registrar (123 Reg) have updated nameservers to point to Cloudflare
Cloudflare have updated DNS to point to Pickaxe.

Cloudflare SSL set to:
Full (Strict)
Enable encryption end-to-end and enforce validation on origin certificates. Use Cloudflare’s Origin CA to generate certificates for your origin.

Thanks for any help or advice!

Do you have a CNAME record for www in your DNS?

Hi Timothy.

Thanks for the reply.
I only had one record:

Type - A
Name - getsashy.com
Content - Pickaxe IP

I have just added a second:
Type - A
Name - www
Content - Pickaxe IP

I have no CName records at the moment?

Try adding CNAME record with www pointing to getsashy.com

Thanks for your help @timothy. I think that is what was needed.

I think it’s working now.
