Multiple users of my studio reported this error today.
“The owner of this pickaxe has reached their limits for embedded queries”
While the pickaxe continues to function after you click the "continue your journey here " button it redirects to the pickaxe domain rather than my custom domain losing all customizations and giving away the whitelabeling.
It happened once again and I could see this happening even when i am signed into my own account as the owner. This is turning out to be such a bummer. It makes the entire white-labeling strategy really uncertain. Also, my pickaxe is set to api usage and not credits.
Are you out of credits on your Pickaxe account?
Yes. Thats correct. I ran out of default credits but all my pickaxes are set to api use. I am ok with it not responding. Is there a way to remove the “continue your journey here” altogether?
I tried out your studio and did not get this message.
Are you still experiencing it? My first guess would be you ran out of credits and hadn’t switched it over to using your own API key. But if you’re getting this while using your API key, then it is a bug we must investigate with prejudice.
Thank you for your quick response. Let me just check it more thoroughly. I’ll try to make a screen recording and send it if I encounter the issue. In my over enthusiasm, I used up all the credits testing the actions feature last time around.
