I too am experiencing this. I have temporarily been able to work around it by switching models from OpenAi o1 to o3-mini in the pickaxe. Whilst this works for me to avoid the error, I have other issues as o3 cannot do some of the things I was using o1 for! So… I need it fixed asap @stephenasuncion
@equipeid short term, try changing the model you’re using.
Same here. Users encountering same error.
Same. Thought it was me and some combination of the LLM I was using. No memory during chat, and constant network errors. Also an odd user entry uploading too much info to knowledge base error.
I’m getting multiple errors as well. One just states streaming and the other one is stating not enough credits but we have plenty of credits.
This should be fixed! Thanks for letting us know!
This specific error was fixed but new ones came. Pickaxe is worse than ever and the user complaints keep coming.
I got this error and it turned out I was out of credit at Open AI. I refilled my ballance, turned on auto-refill and now everything works again.
Hi @equipeid,
Sorry about that. Could you please confirm if everything is working fine on your end now? We’ve made some updates over the past few days.
If not, please let us know the exact Pickaxe where the error is occurring, we want to make sure the new endpoint is really stable.
Woops, we’ve made changes to make the error message clearer, instead of just displaying “network error” thanks!
Just as long as the new error is not: “The creator of this pickaxe is too poor for this to work.”
It’s continues not working.
And the complaints and refunds keep coming.
My impression is that Pickaxe Devs do not test what they do or try to fix as user-ends.
Please let us know which Pickaxe you’re referring to. We’ve tried Gerador de Fichamento Acadêmico
(the one in the screenshot), and it seems to be working on our end.
@stephenasuncion and @nathanielmhld and @nathaniel and @admin_mike did you see? It’s still not working.
1 - when user uploads and document pickaxe disconsiders the content and hallucinates.
2 - It also disconsiders the chat interactions.
3 - Sometimes it doesn’t recognize the archive
We are having a lot of refunds here. Please fix it.
Please provide the Pickaxe URL for each issue you’re experiencing.
@stephenasuncion here we have an example: Acadêmico 24h
But the problem stays on other pickaxes
@equipeid Were all the issues you mentioned happening in this Pickaxe? Mind giving us any sample prompts/documents we can try that will allow us to reproduce the issue.
@stephenasuncion other pickaxes from this studio too.
You may try to upload a PDF and check what happens, for example.
The actual problems are:
1 - when user uploads and document pickaxe disconsiders the content and hallucinates.
2 - It also disconsiders the chat interactions.
3 - Sometimes it doesn’t recognize the archive
Sounds good, I’ll message you so we don’t spam this post with unrelated content.
