Hi, Everyone. I’m inquiring about your refund policies on your PickAxes/Studios, whether you have them or not, and how successful you are regarding conversion and refund rates.
Right now, I am thinking about launching all my studios with a one-credit trial and no refund policy or a one-credit trial and 14-day refund policy so people can pay and try it more.
I am asking because I am always trying to mitigate the abuse of refunds while trying to increase sales conversions. I am asking the PickAxe team and customers who built their PickAxes to give a general idea of which methods work best for the lowest refund rates and highest sales conversions, as well as the results from your testing after launching your studios.
