Let’s make these AI Agents smarter - let’s have them be able to integrate other apps and tools (eg: Zapier, Mailchimp, Pabbly, Tidycal, etc) so they can do more things to enrich the experience rather than just another chatbot.
Information from the Form/Chatbot parsing over into other apps.

eg 1: After filling in a form, the output is exported into Documentero, where the form details are applied to a template before being exported into a final pdf downloadable. Then the URL of the customized report is sent back to the chat ready for download.

eg 2: A customer logs in an interacts with the IT support system bot. The bot has their details and interaction log sent to Hubspot or other CRM system. The conversation is summarized and given to the tech support team. The next time the customer comes back, the AI can provide an update. This can also be a repurposed for customer service.
Example 2 is a bit more complex, but it’s a possibility.

Is this possible with Pickaxe?

It is possible to make integrations with webhooks, which is very difficult. It’s just something that they have to work on, but integrating an API into a PICO is much easier. However, in my opinion, the strength lies in the webhooks

We should definitely be able to send form data to webhooks. That would make them significantly more useful

They are working on it as we speak - I have been told. Currently in beta testing.

Yes, we are currently building it! Should be out soon. Some beta testers have been able to connect Pickaxe to make.com with webhooks very effectively.

Edit: We’ve now released this feature (the ability to connect to external APIs) via our Actions feature.

I’m closing this feature request thread out now.
