Hello,
how can I change the FAB icon to my individual icon?
I haven’t found this option. I see always the pickaxe there.
The white label switch doesn’t change anything.

Hey marcki. Great question. If you are embedding an AI chatbot in your website as a Floating Action button, whatever icon you use as your chat icon is also used as the FAB icon . You set this icon in the second screen in the builder process.
I have included a screenshot of where you can set this icon.
It’s not the most intuitive place. You can expect this to change in the near future as we redesign parts of the platform to be more intuitive.

Is it possible to increase the size of the FAB button or do anything, so that it is more visible to the people?
Hey Marcki, within our system you cannot change the size of the FAB icon.
However, in addition to an iframe embed we also have a javascript embed. If you use this and know how to code a little, it opens up much more ability to customize it. For example, one user added custom text above the FAB. On the embed customization page for any Pickaxe, there is a dropdown to select either iframe embed or javascript embed (see screenshot below).
Of course, this is outside of the actual services we provide at Pickaxe, but we do open it up for people via the javascript embed code.
