Is it possible to bypass this pay wall for a free membership? i.e someone signs up from the home page and then they immediately have access to the pickaxe.
I have other studios where that’s the case, and they’re set up the exact same way in the access tab so I’m confused about what needs to change.

What are you wanting, unlimited access to everything when they sign up? And if so, what problems are you facing with that?
Hi there, basically yes. So, post sign-up on the landing page, they immediately see the pickaxe instead of the member tier/“Your products”. Is that possible?
@jzeelie you have a product called “Member” that requires users to sign up. Probably you also have your pickaxes added behind the product.
If you scroll up you have a section called Guest Settings. Set the credits to the max and remove the “Member” product and it should work
