I upgraded to the annual payment plan of GOLD and can see the invoice in my profile, but when I try to create a second studio, it says I am still on the Free plan. Help!! I need access ASAP!
This should be fixed now! It looks like you registered on our new platform on the 13th, then registered on our old platform on the 19th, purchased gold on the new platform, and then migrated.
Are there any UI/UX related issues that led you to register on our old platform?
Thanks for fixing that so fast!! I had no idea there were two different platforms. I went to a link given to me and signed up, then went back a few days later to start playing with it and upgraded.
Now I am trying to figure out how to get the back end of my studio set up so that my paying membership members can access the pickaxes, but the videos I am watching on YouTube from your channel look like a completely different setup. Am I on the old and they are sharing the new? Or am I on the new and they are sharing the old?
Probably the videos are the ones that are out of date. We’ll be putting out some new videos soon. What questions do you have specifically about the backend of your studio? I’d take a look at this video as it’s the most up to date.
Nathaniel, this is Mark (from Strategy Buddy) whom you just spoke to. Quinn on our team just "invited the rest of us to be co-editors. But logging in it looks like I am on the Free plan even though we have the $77/month plan. Is only one of us allowed access to the higher level features? Or can you please make sure that we are set up correctly!
