Google Search Action result

I want to create a bot to find out top 20 cafe in Paris. I have connect the bot to google seach action.
But the bot only provide top 10 cafe in Paris in the result instead of 20.
Seems like the Google Search Action only provide the search result from the first page.
How to make it to provide 20 in the results?

I think this is just a limit of the underlying search action unfortunately.
