I am trying to share specific Pickaxes with my users whereby they can only access certain Pickaxes without accessing the others. I have tried sharing it from the Access section but the external users don’t see the pickaxe I am trying to share with them.
Would this be the correct steps below? (Apologies on the image quality as i could only upload 1 image as a new poster)
- Firstly select Add from the Access settings
- Set the Pickaxe you wish to grant the external users access to
- Key in the external users email address
- The external users should now only have access to the pickaxes you gave access to

I think the issue is you’ve locked the ALL TOOLS behind the Product paywall.
If you make all the Pickaxes accessible to Guests, then you can share the link to the tools with people and they will be able to use them.
Just go into your various Products and remove the tools from them. This will make it so those tools are not locked behind a Product paywall.
Hi @lbdesign, haven’t had the time to return back to this but will have a try at it again later today.
Got it @admin_mike, will retry again and see if we can share the link with others after making it accessible to guests. Thanks for the advice!
