Hi! It’s good guests can see pricing on the landing page. However, what if I send them to the actual chatbot page… it would really make sense for guest to see the pricing after they tried the chatbot. Is there any way to out the pricing page link as additional page or any other way? Thank you!
Unfortunately, you cannot show the pricing tiers in the sidebar. You can have the bot give them a CTA message that redirects them to the pricing page if you’d like. You can customize these under Pages>Pop-Ups.

- Does user receive email confirmation upon paid signup? I’ve just signed up with different email, but haven’t received anything.
- I’ve added Open API key for unlimited use of my pickaxe. Am I right: anyway my plan uses will be used first, and then API calls, correct?
- Is there anyway to tigger email notifications for user, from pickaxe chat?
- Any method to attach audio or video? Or send voice messages?
- I need to daily update my Knowledge Base from a list of document (files aren’t a solution for auto update, correct?). I know, I know I can’t use Google Docs. Just based on your experience, which solution is the best way to go in this case? I mean it’s not an option to generate web pages like blog posts o something, as the information is updated, not just added more and more.
- I want to create a popup, that will offer user on desktop to scan WA qr-code to same link of my pickaxe to WhatsApp and on mobile - to save it as web app on phone. Any tool or script you could recommend for this?

End-users of your Studio should receive an email upon successfully signing up for a studio, yes. It will usually ask them to verify their email.
API keys work for a tool by tool basis. We will be changing this shortly when we roll out our redesign (which will enable collaborative workspaces). This means if you put an API key into a tool it will use your API key. If you don’t, it will use credits. There is not a rollover system for individual tools.
You can connect the ‘email summary to owner’ action. This will send an email to the owner of the tool at a predetermined point in the conversation.
If you put video players or audio players in a chat, they will render. For example, the Eleven Labs action renders a mp3 player with the AI-generated voice of the text.
Updating your Knowledge Base really depends on your preferences. I edit and re-upload a master document of several hundred FAQs every week or so to power our doorman. It’s a little work but the results are fantastic.
I think any QR code generator will work for this purpose. In the early days of Pickaxe, I use to make funny chatbots and put QR stickers out around public places with funny screenshots of the conversations in order to get traffic. It actually worked! Got maybe a hundred scans total.

I’m pretty sure I haven’t received any email, when I signed up not via email, but with Gmail auth… I have just signed up to this one Bundly Studio with my G Workspace and still no signup email.

Just to double check, if add API key and switch to it, only API credits will be used? And there is no way I can set to use available monthly plan uses first, and then - API credits?

I was asking about emailing user, not owner of pickaxe, but I understand I could collect users email with pickaxe question and trigger API action that can initiate an emailing workflow.

You mean files will anyway provide better results in terms of Knowledge Base than websites? If you could let me know why. Well, I wish I could do the same every day, but not sure at the moment. It’s awesome btw some of your affiliates has create GPT in ChatGPT marketplace or is it your doorman? Anyway, I wish I could use N8N to regularly upload those docs to my Pickaxe Knowledge Base, but it would need a certain API that isn’t yet available I believe. So what sort of pages would work the best?
