I want to cancel my subscription on Pickaxe, how do I cancel it? can’t find my subscription on dashboard or payment plan view
Even I wanted to contact the admin through ‘contact’ on menu.. the button doesnt work at all to lead to other ‘contact page’
Can Pickaxe admin help my problem on here?

And then scroll to the bottom where it says delete account.

Oh did you want to cancel the paid part and keep the free account? That makes sense too — I’m not certain how to go about that either. @admin_mike?

Hi there! If you use the link that was referenced above (Pickaxe), there should be a button near the top that says “cancel plan.” If you click that, it should take you through the steps of removing your subscription and remaining on the free tier!
