You can re-use user inputs with Forms by simply copy + pasting them. There are multiple ways to do this. The easiest way way is to click on the user input in the left-hand builder area, and then copy + paste it.

To do that on a Mac, for example, you need to…

  • Click on the user input within the prompt frame
  • Press command + c
  • Click on a new place in the prompt frame.
  • Press command + v
