Many of our users (here & here) are curious about how to add coupons to their studios so that they can offer discounts to their users.
This can be helpful both as a straightforward discount, but also it can create a way for you to provide access to certain people for free forever, without having to manually add them in your dashboard.

Is it possible to set the coupon as such if I’m offering a 100% discount to not require my user to provide their credit card number since the price drops down to $0.00?
I was able to set up the coupon code and it looks like it’s working. The only problem is when signing up stripe still requires them to give their credit card after I gave them a 100% discount which seems like that would create a lot more friction than I would like to provide them access to my studio.
I don’t want to create a free account with unlimited uses but I would like to give unlimited uses to a group of people through a coupon without having to manually update each person.
Right now you cannot create a free tier that they buy. You can just create a free member tier that they get access to immediately upon registering with an email + password.
In the January redesign you will be able to create multiple free products and then allow people to ‘get’ them for free.
