Not sure how hard this would be to impplement, but it would be awesome for us to be able to send notifications / announcements to Studio users.
For example: “All tier upgrades -10% untill 1.10” or “We have increased all message limits” or something else completely.
Second feature request would be discounts (timed so it can be placed for example 1.8 - 1.10 -20% on all tiers for new customers) for Studio
Also a coupon system would be cool so we could promote our studios better. For example “Minus 5$ from your first month with code XYZ123” or “Minus 5$ from your first purchase with code XYZ123”.

Thanks for the suggestion! You can already create coupons by going to your Studio’s Dashboard. Under the Access tab, click “Go to Stripe Dashboard” and search “Coupon”
Once you’ve created one, your users can then enter the promo code at checkout.

In regards to your other questions, we currently don’t offer robust messaging services within the Studio. We are thinking about that though. We suggest you use your own email or another CRM to message customers. We allow you to easily download all the users from your studio within the Monitor tab. Just Click Manage Users > Export.

Hi Mikem the monitor user tab is somehow not working properly.
I can not search for any users’s emails.
The scrolling happens in the background and not in the user window anymore. And then it worked again. Was a bit flaky.
Any thoughts? It’s a bit of a pain to not find a specific user and access level for that user.
