I Need Clarification Re; Pricing Individually

I’m somewhat confused about the pricing strategy. So as an example:
Scenario: I set my app/bot to ‘Public’. I offer 2-tier pricing. 1.$5=50 credits 2. $10 =300.
As you will see in the attached image I have set this for 50 credits on my app/bot for my $5 customer. But where I’m confused is, how do I set this for 300 credits for my $10 customer? I might be missing something very obvious here, so apologies if I have. Thanks.

Following… I’m struggling with this as well.

Pricing and and credits/contingent are set in the studios: → access
here you can add/manage all your plans in respect to pricing and allowed messages.
hope this helps!

OK, I understand, will this still apply to multiple bots in one studio vs a single bot?

Hey NoName, This is probably an issue of bad communication on our part.

Your Pickaxes can exist in two places:

  • Embedded on a website
  • In a studio

The system for controlling usage are different for each. The Prompt runs per user setting in the Pickaxe’s control panel only applies to embedded instances of the Pickaxe. Controlling usage of tools in Studios is a separate syste that is unaffected by this prompt runs per user setting. You can set usage limits for studios inside the Studios under the Access tab.

Hi Mike. Got it, thanks for explaining that, it’s all clear now. much appreciated. I’m off to build more bots

I still cant see where to limit access in the Studio here @admin_mike - or is the access limited in the pricing part?

Access is limited in the pricing part. For each tier/product you can set a number of uses associated with it.

You cannot set individual limits for individual Pickaxes unfortunately. People have requested this or a system where different Pickaxes within a Studio cost different amounts of credits to use, but it’s too complex to introduce into the UI at this point.

ok thanks @admin_mike - and just so I’m clear, a “Use” is every time they click a submit button on a Form? 10 credits = 10 Form submissions?

That is absolutely 100% correct!
