The FAB embed looks outdated once added to a website. Could you ensure the form field appears as it does in the embed settings? It looks different when shown on the site. Adding some padding to the avatar and a shadow on the borders would be nice, allowing us to use a light style on white websites.

I think what’s happening is the styles on your site are interfering with the styles in the FAB embed. Maybe inspect the elements to see what’s being shared and which wires are being crossed
