Is it possible to create fields with an inscription inside the chatbot window?
What do you mean by inscription exactly? Do you mean an ability to put form fields within a chat? Or pre-written text of some kind?
You cannot render input fields within a chat. If you want to use input fields (dropdown menus, multiple choice, etc.) then you should use our Smart Form Builder. It will allow you to create an end-user interface with customizable input fields.
