Is there a way to immediately launch into a chat (first bot response is more chat-like vs re-sharing form inputs and the prompted output, with a user response input field automatically below it) instead of forcing them to find and click the small chat button? I love the ability to request multiple input (and input types) in the form entry, but I then want a user to be able to collaboratively discuss the PickAxe bots initial trained response to those inputs. The current UX seems to be specifically designed to avoid follow up discussion with the bot
Not currently, but it’s certainly a popularly requested feature!
Right now you can create a Form, then enable the go to chat toggle. This adds a button that let’s people click it and open up the form as a chatbot conversation.
