Issue with access to Deepseek

I have a lifetime license. I’ve used up my PickAxe credits and am trying to test out the use of Deepseek with an app I’m developing. I bought $10 worth of API credits from Deepseek. I added it and made it active at the studio settings, and have selected Deepseek in the PickAxe Prompt screen. Now, 4 days later, I still get the message, “You’ve reached your usage limit, upgrade your plan to continue using Pickaxe.”

You entered a DeepSeek API key? If you don’t enter your DeepSeek API key into the Studio, then it will use credits.

Another possibility is you that are using your DeepSeek tool as an end-user and ran out of credits in your Studio. See if you can use it via the Preview tab?

This is now working. It seems it was just a question of processing on Deepseek’s part – it took about 5 days before my new Deepseek account and API key was recognized..
