how do I get the list of emails and names of paying members and subscribers?

Hey Patrick. In your Studio Manager simply navigate to the Monitor tab. Then click on Manage Users. This will open a table that shows all your users (guests, members, paid users, etc.) From here you can view information about each user. You can export the list by clicking on the export button.

Is there a way to collect the persons name and how they found our studio?
You could put an intake form into the studio.
You could also add a Pickaxe that asks these questions. Then you can collect those answers.
Also, you can add google analytics (which is free I thing) or another analytics solution to your studio. It’s just one line of code that you can paste in, and that can show you where folks are being referred from.
