I absolutely love the memory feature in Pickaxe! It really transforms Pickaxe from a fun concept into a viable SaaS offering.
When we create Pickaxes, it’s so important that our clients can build their profile data within the studio. This shared memory between chatbot apps (Pickaxes) allows users to seamlessly jump between chatbots without having to re-explain the context for every new conversation.
That said, I have an idea that could improve things even more. What if there was a custom form linked to the studio user memory where users could easily add and update their profile information? This would give users a simple way to keep their details up-to-date. On top of that, AI could monitor this data during conversations and dynamically expand the user’s context by adding additional information.
To take it even further, you could allow users to create multiple profiles so they can easily switch between contexts.
The end result? Users would have an easy onboarding process, with their profile data kept fresh and dynamically updated by AI as needed. This would make Pickaxe feel like a truly intelligent, context-aware app—one that helps users feel understood while delivering AI responses that are relevant and personalized.
