Trying to add web pages to a pickaxe and getting error message - says three links but should be more of course - is there an error or something?
Hey Shawn, there are file upload limits for the different tiers.
The limits are:
- Free Tier - 3 files per tool
- Gold Tier - 50 files per tool
- Pro - 100+ files per tool
No file may exceed 100mb in size.
Thanks much for the reply - however I am a LTD customer, so thinking that I should be able to add more web sites than three, isn’t that correct?
Yes you are effectively on the Gold tier, so you should be able to upload 50 files per tool with a 100mb limit on each file.
We just pushed out the code for this particular pop-up last night so there may be a caching issue with it popping up. Try it again and let me know if you’re still experiencing it!
