I am using a Pickaxe tool within a training workshop for an organisation (where everyone has the same IP address). The Pickaxe tool didn’t work for them, even though it was still working if a user accessed it via a mobile phone, or a different IP address.
Is multiple people using a Pickaxe tool at one time from one IP address not permitted? And if this is the case, can you suggest a workaround?
It was an embed on the website page shown below. It loads for me, but the Pickaxe chat interface didn’t load (and still doesn’t) for the users from Marlborough District Council.
Do you think it is related to the website hosting/embedding and less on the pickaxe side? I honestly would create a one bot, free studio, just so it would alwys work and users could view saved chats. The best way to achieve that is to make the custom domain a subdomain (app.example.com) Just a recommendation!
Thanks. It is in a standalone studio, and I tried sharing that link with my client and it still didn’t work for them. I wonder if it could have got blocked when lots of people from this organisation tried to use it at the same time?
