Hi,
I had a person sign up for my studio but they never got the confirmation email. They checked their inbox, spam and junk folders but it’s not there.
How can I confirm them or send another confirmation email so they will have access? Or what do I need to do so they can try to sign up again.
Just so you know they are using a hotmail account if that makes a difference.

Anyone know how to resend the confirmation email? I had the person search their email for the title of the email and email address but it never made it.I have this person waiting to hear back from me. Any help would be appreciated.
I know this question is from awhile ago, but couldn’t you delete them and then add them manually so that it resends the sign up email?
